    Job Responsibilities

    • Greet patients and visitors at the outpatient reception area.
    • Provide high-quality patient reception and administrative support.
    • Assist the Phlebotomy Manager and healthcare staff with patient care processes.
    • Manage bookings, appointments, and patient records.
    • Deliver service with professionalism, respecting NNUH’s PRIDE values: People-focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, and Excellence.
    • Support inclusivity, teamwork, and high standards of care.
    • Contribute to the smooth operation of outpatient services.

    Requirements

    • Essential:
      • Prior experience in administration, reception, or healthcare support.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
      • Strong organizational and IT skills.
    • Desirable:
      • Previous NHS or hospital experience.
      • Knowledge of patient care procedures.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
