Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome all guests and members upon arrival.
• Efficiently manage check-ins, reservations, and member registrations.
• Process cash and credit card payments accurately and handle daily cash reconciliation.
• Provide detailed information about club facilities, services, and activities.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and ensure a professional appearance.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or Cashier, preferably in a hospitality setting (2 Year+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in handling cash and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
