Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
