Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks and job boards.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
• Knowledge of local labor market trends and recruitment regulations in the UAE.
