Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and SLAs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple roles and client accounts.
• Allocate requisitions, monitor workloads, and ensure timely closures.
• Review sourcing strategies, screening quality, and interview coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of recruitment experience, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing recruiters in agency or in-house environments.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring with tight timelines.
• Experience in Emiratization hiring is an advantage.
