Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
