Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the food and beverage or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
