Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on Latin American markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Latin American labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a significant advantage.
