Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Ventomatic product line across the Middle East.
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and contribute significantly to the company’s revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure optimal productivity and success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in regional sales management, preferably within industrial machinery or the cement industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Middle Eastern market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team towards achieving challenging goals.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Middle East region.
