Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and procedures in an outpatient setting.
• Administer medications accurately and safely according to prescribed orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Adhere to all Mediclinic Group’s clinical standards, policies, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional nursing license/registration in country of practice.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an outpatient clinic.
• Demonstrated excellent clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
