Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of corporate services, IT solutions, or real estate is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
