Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Windows 365. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to users. Develop engaging course materials, presentations, and practical exercises. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Windows 365. Evaluate participant understanding and adapt teaching methods as needed. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure training aligns with organizational needs.

Requirements

Proven expertise in Windows 365 and related Microsoft technologies. Demonstrated experience as an instructor, trainer, or technical relator. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer). Problem-solving attitude and ability to respond to technical inquiries.
