Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven expertise in Windows 365 and related Microsoft technologies.
- Demonstrated experience as an instructor, trainer, or technical relator.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer).
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to respond to technical inquiries.
