Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients 100 days prior to contract expiry to provide renewal services.
• Ensure high-level communication and customer service when approaching clients.
• Coordinate with agents as necessary to facilitate renewal transactions.
• Handle documentation, cheques, and payments according to company policies.
• Maintain monthly reports as requested by management.
• Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions in the CRM.

Requirements
