Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations based on client requirements and commercial department inputs.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to clarify technical specifications of vehicles.
• Assist the order and delivery manager with accurate purchasing details.
• Execute recalculations and extensions of lease contracts.
• Prepare early termination settlements based on market value.
• Ensure all operations department invoices are closed on time and with accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fleet management or vehicle leasing.
• Strong understanding of vehicle technical data and supplier procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with commercial and operational teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in quotations and settlements.
• Proficiency in handling operational invoices and related documentation.
