Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to program teams on M&E activities.
- Ensure data quality and integrity in all M&E processes.
Requirements
- Experience in research and monitoring and evaluation.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data collection tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of international development and education.
