Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process guest reservations efficiently and accurately for Arabic-speaking guests.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to guests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, pricing, and local attractions.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and booking details in the reservation system.
- Collaborate effectively with the front desk, sales, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to handle multiple bookings.
