Key Responsibilities
- Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients via phone, letter, or fax.
- Input all reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information.
- Attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
- Maintain an accurate room status at all times.
- Organize visa requests for hotel guests as per hotel policy.
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered as per Rotana standards.
Requirements
- Diploma / degree within the hospitality field.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations is preferred.
- Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
- Written and oral proficiency in English.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and courteous personality.
