Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations accurately via phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other approved channels.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, events, promotions, and restaurant policies.
• Process reservation confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and advance deposits correctly.
• Respond to guest inquiries and handle complaints calmly and professionally.
• Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with restaurant reservation systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
