Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries for hotel reservations.
  • Provide detailed information about Jumeirah properties, amenities, and promotions.
  • Process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Jumeirah hotels, rates, and booking systems.

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates welcome; no prior experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
