Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and therapeutic support to young people with complex needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans.
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and structured residential environment.
- Engage young people in daily activities and promote positive social interactions.
- Accurately document observations, progress, and critical incidents.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
