Butzemillen – Crèches et Foyers de Jour is seeking a Responsable Informatique (IT Manager) to oversee the information technology infrastructure and support systems for its network of nurseries and daycares in Ettelbruck, Luxembourg. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure across all Butzemillen locations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data and network systems.
- Implement and manage software applications relevant to childcare operations.
- Plan and procure new IT equipment and technologies as needed.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware, and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
- Commitment to ensuring data privacy and security.
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
