Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service to all guests.
- Accurately take guest orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, checking for quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any dining concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other front-of-house team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
