Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and frameworks across projects and operations.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks, including financial, operational, and strategic risks.
- Monitor and report on risk exposures, proposing effective mitigation actions to stakeholders.
- Lead risk workshops and training sessions for project teams to foster a risk-aware culture.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and external regulations related to risk management.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate risk management into business processes and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in risk management, preferably within a consulting or large-scale engineering environment.
- Proven ability to lead complex risk assessments and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMI-RMP, CRISC) are highly desirable.
