Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all guests in accordance with Jumeirah standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to inquiries and special requests.
- Support daily operations within the assigned department.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere and promote teamwork.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Strong communication and guest interaction skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages desirable).
- A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
