Key Responsibilities

Provide expert engineering support for rotating equipment. Lead technical assessments and troubleshooting for rotating equipment issues. Develop and implement maintenance strategies for critical rotating assets. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in rotating equipment engineering, preferably in Oil and Gas. Proven expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance of various types of rotating equipment. Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a challenging environment.
