Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily monitoring of site activities for compliance with ADNOC and project-specific HSE rules.
- Conduct site safety audits, inspections, and hazard identification walkthroughs.
- Support the implementation of HSE plans, risk assessments, and task-specific safety controls.
- Participate in incident investigation, reporting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT), HSE inductions, and task-specific safety briefings.
- Liaise with construction supervisors, subcontractors, and project HSE teams to enforce safety compliance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC Safety standards and UAE regulatory safety requirements.
- Practical understanding of construction hazards associated with Mechanical, Civil, E&I, Lifting, Scaffolding, and Hot Works activities.
- Excellent observational, reporting, and communication skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline (preferred).
- NEBOSH IGC (required), OSHA / IOSH or equivalent safety certification.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience as Safety / HSE Officer in Oil & Gas EPC or Construction projects.
