Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients in managed practices.
- Manage a diverse patient caseload, ensuring continuity of care and best practice.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient pathways.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with clinical governance.
- Participate in continuous professional development and clinical audits.
Requirements
- Medical degree and full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or equivalent UK registration.
- Demonstrated commitment to general practice and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider healthcare team.
- Understanding of NHS policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
