Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and deliver a positive shopping experience.
- Recommend products, upsell, and inform customers of current promotions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support with receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and organizing the sales floor.
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory control and follow loss prevention and safety procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma preferred.
- 1+ year experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and computer skills.
