Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the SMB segment in Benelux.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calls, emails, social selling) to generate leads.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce Deel’s solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and ideally Dutch/French.
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
