Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in Korea.
- Lead and manage the sales and business development activities for HR consulting services.

- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Director or similar senior sales leadership role, preferably in HR consulting or professional services.
- Strong understanding of the Korean market and business culture.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Goal-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Korean is highly preferred.
