Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the MEA region.
  • Promote and sell Kärcher’s extensive range of cleaning technology solutions and services.
  • Provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure comprehensive customer support and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar technical field) or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in technical sales, preferably within the industrial equipment, electronics, or cleaning technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning processes and relevant industry applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East & Africa region.
