Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Understand client needs thoroughly and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from various industries.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HR, staffing, or outsourcing services is a significant advantage.
