Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed agreed core product sales targets.
- Promote sales of core products in assigned areas.
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
- Assist in conducting promotional activities and meetings.
- Ensure customer applications and documentation are complete and error-free.
- Provide sales MIS to the Team Leader regularly.
Requirements
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in selling banking products or in a financial industry.
- Good convincing and negotiating skills.
- Awareness of competition and suggestions for product improvements.
- Ability to handle routine problems and complaints professionally.
- Vigilance in identifying fraudulent activities.
