Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in HR tech, advertising, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales methodologies.
  • Fluent in English; German (M/W/D) or French language skills are an asset.
