Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in HR tech, advertising, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of sales and business development principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales methodologies.
- Fluent in English; German (M/W/D) or French language skills are an asset.
