    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share across Africa.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute significantly to revenue growth.
    • Collaborate closely with presales and technical support teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with significant exposure to the African market.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technology or integration solutions environment.
    • Strong understanding of IT integration concepts, products, and services.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various regions in Africa.
    • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the African continent as required.
