    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Chinese-speaking markets.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and business partners.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscapes relevant to Chinese tourism.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
    • Collaborate effectively with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or resort sector.
    • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, market trends, and business development principles.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a multicultural approach.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
