Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Chinese-speaking markets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and business partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscapes relevant to Chinese tourism.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or resort sector.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, market trends, and business development principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a multicultural approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
