Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the leisure market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key leisure partners and clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote leisure packages and offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, specifically in the leisure hospitality segment.
- Strong understanding of the Bahraini and regional leisure market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
