Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and diligently update sales databases.
- Process sales orders efficiently and coordinate timely product delivery.
- Liaise with customers to address inquiries and provide detailed product and service information.
- Support the aftersales service process and contribute to customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
