Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, configuration, and integration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical strategies.
- Oversee code reviews, deployment processes, and maintain high-quality code standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role.
- Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., APIs, ETL).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a technical development team.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are highly desirable.
