Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SAP technical engineers, focusing on SAP FICO solutions.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for SAP FICO.
• Collaborate with functional teams and clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee code reviews, performance tuning, and issue resolution for SAP FICO applications.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP technical engineering with a strong focus on SAP FICO.
• Proven leadership and team management experience in a technical SAP environment.
• Deep understanding of SAP ABAP, FICO modules, and integration technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
