Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed inspections of scaffolding structures and components on construction sites.
  • Ensure all scaffolding systems comply with relevant international and local safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify and document any defects, non-conformities, or potential hazards in scaffolding.
  • Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, outlining findings and recommended corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with site management and teams to ensure timely rectification of identified issues.
  • Provide technical advice on safe scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling practices.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated understanding of scaffolding design, construction, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, EN standards).
  • Proven ability to identify potential risks and hazards associated with working at height and scaffolding.
  • Excellent observational skills and meticulous attention to detail during inspections.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse construction environments and varying weather conditions.
