Job Overview

Vinschool is seeking a dynamic Secondary & High School Vice Principal to join its team in Grand Park, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a start date of July 2026. This executive role involves contributing to Vinschool’s vision of becoming an international-caliber Vietnamese school system, upholding its not-for-profit model, and driving educational excellence and reform across its secondary and high school programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily academic and operational functions of the secondary and high school sections.
• Support the Principal in strategic planning and implementation of educational initiatives and reforms.
• Ensure the curriculum and teaching practices align with Vinschool’s standards and international accreditation bodies like CIS.
• Lead and mentor teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance educational environment.
• Develop and implement robust student safeguarding policies and welfare programs.
• Collaborate with parents, students, and the wider community to enhance the overall school experience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in secondary education administration, preferably in an international setting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive school improvement and implement progressive educational methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of international education standards and accreditation processes.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to student-centered learning and a safe, inclusive school environment.
