Key Responsibilities

Monitor premises and enforce security protocols to ensure a safe environment. Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, and maintain order. Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and emergency situations. Assist customers and staff with security-related inquiries and concerns. Report incidents, document observations, and maintain detailed security logs. Collaborate with mall management and local authorities as needed for security matters.

Requirements

Ability to work full-time with rotating shifts (42 hours per week, 5×2 schedule). Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Capacity to respond calmly and effectively to various security situations. Reliable, responsible, and possessing a strong sense of integrity. Legally authorized to work in Chile.
