Key Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and enforce security protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, and maintain order.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms and emergency situations.
- Assist customers and staff with security-related inquiries and concerns.
- Report incidents, document observations, and maintain detailed security logs.
- Collaborate with mall management and local authorities as needed for security matters.
Requirements
- Ability to work full-time with rotating shifts (42 hours per week, 5×2 schedule).
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to respond calmly and effectively to various security situations.
- Reliable, responsible, and possessing a strong sense of integrity.
