Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain semantic web solutions and ontologies.
- Provide expert consultancy on data strategy, knowledge representation, and linked data principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at the EU Institution to gather requirements and define data architecture.
- Ensure data quality, interoperability, and integration using semantic technologies.
- Conduct research and development in semantic web and data management best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a data consultant, with a focus on semantic web technologies (e.g., RDF, OWL, SPARQL).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ontology design, and knowledge graphs.
- Experience with data integration techniques and large datasets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and institutional environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
