Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex 3D animation tasks for various projects, ensuring high artistic quality.
• Contribute to the artistic and technical direction of animation sequences and character movements.
• Collaborate closely with directors, modelers, texture artists, and other team members to achieve the creative vision.
• Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback to foster skill development.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality animation assets and sequences, adhering to production schedules.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and software advancements in 3D animation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior 3D Animator with a minimum of 5 years in a professional production environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional animation skills, versatility, and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
• Solid understanding of animation principles, character anatomy, staging, and storytelling through movement.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
