Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Handle month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with audits and tax preparations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role (5+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting software and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
