Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic advertising sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the Korean market.
- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and partners.
- Negotiate complex ad sales agreements and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on Netflix’s advertising solutions and value proposition to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal) to optimize ad solutions and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior ad sales or business development roles, preferably within the entertainment or digital media industry.
- Strong understanding of the Korean advertising market, including agencies and key brands.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in Korean and English is highly preferred.
