    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic advertising sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the Korean market.
    • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and partners.
    • Negotiate complex ad sales agreements and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Provide expert guidance on Netflix’s advertising solutions and value proposition to clients.
    • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal) to optimize ad solutions and client satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in senior ad sales or business development roles, preferably within the entertainment or digital media industry.
    • Strong understanding of the Korean advertising market, including agencies and key brands.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Fluency in Korean and English is highly preferred.
