Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Russian and English across multiple communication channels.
- Efficiently resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues related to crypto and Web3 products.
- Educate users on OKX’s platform features, services, and blockchain technology.
- Identify and escalate urgent customer feedback or recurring issues to specialized teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and knowledge base articles.
- Stay up-to-date with OKX’s product updates, market trends, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Russian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within financial services or the cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a genuine customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for this role.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Web3 concepts is highly advantageous.
